We have our own warehouse locally. Your Crystli mattress is rolled, vacuum-packed, and then shipped directly from our warehouse to your door. All Crystli mattresses are brand new and waiting to be delivered to you. After placing the order, you will receive a delivery confirmation via email, where you can arrange a delivery time that suits your schedule.

Shipping Time
The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
• Processing time: 1-2 Business days
• Shipping time: US: 2-8 Business days
Note: During public holidays, since courier companies will restrict operations during this period, shipping time may be affected. Although unfortunately this is beyond our control, we will do our best to improve this issue.
