1. Where do you ship from?
Yes, we have our own warehouse (Richmond,Vancouver,BC V7A 4T7 ,Canada AND 3401 Lawson blvd,Oceanside,NY,U.S)locally, so basically you will receive packages shipped from our own warehouse locally. Thanks
Shipping Time
The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
• Processing time: 1-2 Business days
• Shipping time:2-8 Business days
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses and returned due to unavailability.

We will ship your order within 1-2 working days, Shipment from our own warehouse locally, and it usually takes 2-8 working days for the parcel to arrive at your doorstep.
5. Taxes and customs duties
For customers, there is no additional tax on our products, which means you only need to pay the final sale price when shopping at Service@crystli.com
