⭐Starting from the date of delivery of the order, if a customer applies for a return of a Crystli mattress in good condition within 30 days, Crystli will bear 10% shipping costs and give a full refund within 7 days after the pickup is confirmed (we try to complete within 24 hours). If the customer returns the Crystli mattress in good condition after the 30th night and before the 100th night, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs, and we will refund the full amount of the product within 7 days after the pickup is confirmed (we try to complete within 24 hours) , The refund amount does not include shipping costs (only product refunds)
⭐Mattresses returned under the 100-Night Trial must be in good condition. Crystli will not accept a return if: the products are found to have been tampered with or misused by the purchaser beyond reasonable wear; have been physically damaged intentionally or unintentionally by, but not limited to, burns, cuts, tears, water, stains, or bodily fluids; are otherwise abnormally soiled or unsanitary.
Though using a mattress pad or protector during your 100-Night Trial is not required, we do recommend it as it will help prevent damage to your Crystli mattress.
⭐Crystli reserves the right to deny a 100-Night Trial to a customer where a mattress from a prior transaction has been returned.

Once we receive your return request, we will help you gather the necessary information (including images and video of your mattress) and provide you with instructions about how to prepare your products for return. You will need the original plastic wrap (or any other protective covering) to prepare it for pick-up.
While in most cases we strive to have your mattress picked up within two business days after the required information has been received, it can sometimes take up to ten business days. Additional pickup charges may apply if the mattress has been moved from the original shipping destination, or if the original shipping destination is in a remote location. Please contact us for more information.On pickup day, the mattress must be ready on the ground floor of your house or apartment/condo building.

If you realize that Crystli is not the right mattress for you, simply contact our customer service team (Service@crystli.com ) or live chat. We will give you a refund for 100% of the purchase price. However, it takes time to get used to a mattress, and it couldn't tell if the mattress suits you in a short time, so we recommend trying Crystli at least 4 weeks before sending it back.

No, it doesn't. We want you to have the best sleep possible and that should not include sleeping on noisy plastic. The Crystli mattress is vacuum-sealed in plastic and roll-packed for delivery to your home. Upon receiving your new Crystli mattress, carefully remove the plastic wrap using our handy cutting tool included in your Welcome-package. A guideline for how to properly unwrap your Crystli is provided in your package as well. Within a few minutes, your mattress will magically self-inflate and will be ready for you to sleep on.
